Phyllis often smiles as she remembers the years when all of her belongings fitted into a knapsack and she lived the life of live and let live. Deeply pacifist in her views she still believes in the ideology of free love and peace for mankind. These days Phyllis lives a pretty conventional life with family and friends gently teasing her for her psychedelic style. Phyllis knows they sometimes find the stories of her festival days farfetched, although she notices her guests surreptitiously examining any mushroom dish she serves. Phyllis is showing signs of a life lived in abundance with a few minor tears, frays and fabric faded in places, much like the memories of her years as a free loving spirit. If you can carry a Bob Dylan tune you might want to consider sharing it with Phyllis.
All of our aprons are rescues and as such come to you showing signs of a life well lived. This may include mysterious stains, worn and faded parts and small tears or rips which tell of a culinary or domestic mishap. Each apron has a story to tell and although sometimes this is evident in a frayed hem or a well washed stain they still have plenty of love to give. All aprons have been lovingly laundered, ironed with lavender ironing spray, sometimes mended and very much loved.
